Refund Policy

We guarantee that every product will arrive at the specified destination in good condition. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase, please email us at info@smart-ps.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include a detailed description and photos to request a replacement or exchange. As our products are perishable, we require proper documentation to process re-shipments. SPS reserves the right to limit the number of replacements issued.  

Delivery Failure Policy    
SPS is not responsible for delivery failures in the following cases:  

  • The address provided is outdated or incorrect.  
  • The recipient is unavailable for delivery.  
  • A new or updated delivery address is not provided within 24 hours of the initial delivery attempt.  

If an incorrect address is provided, orders may be returned or redirected. Additional fees may apply depending on the courier policies in the destination country.  

Replacements and Refunds    
To request a replacement, email info@smart-ps.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Accepted requests will result in a new item being shipped within 2 to 5 business days. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 10 to 30 business days to appear in your account.  

For a replacement or refund, at least one of the following conditions must be met:  

  • The product arrived damaged.  
  • The product was expired or defective.  
  • The incorrect item was shipped.
