Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are shipped by SPS using priority delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs vary based on the order amount and delivery location. To view accurate shipping rates, add your desired items to the basket and enter your delivery address. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Please note that import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply based on your destination country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges. SPS is not liable for any fees incurred during customs clearance or delivery.

International shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier availability.

Occasionally, customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
